RESOLUTION INITIATING APPLICATION FOR REORGANIZATION
TO BE KNOWN AS "F" AVENUE REORGANIZATION, AND
INCLUDING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
IN THE 3000 AND 3100 BLOCK OF "F" AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a
petition to annex signed by 74% of the property owners
within an unincorporated island located on "F" Avenue
south of 30th Street, and
WHEREAS, the petition asks for the City to bear
the costs of annexation, and
WHEREAS, the annexation of this area would require
the subsequent de -annexation from the Lower Sweetwater Fire
District and San Diego County Flood Control District, and
WHEREAS, a reorganization of this area will
accomplish both annexation and de -annexation simultaneously;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
National City proposes the reorganization of the territory
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein as though set forth in full, and
authorizes the payment of all filing fees associated there-
with.

EXHIBIT "A"
All that portion of Quarter Section 152, Rancho De La
Nacion, per Map thereof Thurber 166 on file in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, California, Nay 11, 1869,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of the Easterly Half
of the Westerly Half of 10 Acre Lot-10 of said Quarter Section
152; Thence Southerly along the 'Westerly line of said Easterly
Half of the Westerly Half to a point of intersection with the Northerly
line of 10 Acre Lot 9; Thence Easterly along said Northerly
line of said 10 Acre Lot 9--to a point of intersection with a
line which is parallel with .and 155 feet Westerly.of the'Centerline
of "F" Avenue, as said "F' Avenue is shown on Road Survey Number

centerline of "F" Avenue; Thence Southerly along said centerline
of "F' Avenue to a point of intersection with the Southerly
line of said Quarter Section 152; Thence Easterly along said
Southerly line of said Quarter Section 152 to a point of inter-
section with the Easterly line of the Westerly Half of the
Easterly Half of said 10 Acre Lot 9; Thence Northerly along
said Easterly line of the Westerly Half of the Easterly Half
of said 10 Acre Lot 9, 205 feet; Thence Westerly, parallel with
the Southerly line of said Quarter Section 152, 20 feet;
Thence Northerly, parallel with said Easterly line of the
Westerly Half of the Easterly Half of said 10 Acre Lot 9 and its
-Northerly prolongation 170 feet; Thence Easterly, parallel with
the Southerly line of said 10 Acre Lot 10, 20 feet more or
less to a point of intersection with the Easterly line of the
Westerly Half of the Easterly Half of said 10 Acre Lot 10; Thence
Northerly along said Easterly line td a point of intersection

Northerly, along the Northerly prolongation of said Easterly line
