HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 12,433RESOLUTION NO. 12,433 RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO VACATE AND CLOSE PORTIONS OF 13TH STREET, 14TH STREET, 12TH STREET AND "E" AVENUE AND ALLEYS BETWEEN "D" AND "E" FROM 13TH STREET TO 14TH STREET AND A PORTION OF THE ALLEY BETWEEN "E" AND "F" AVENUES FROM 13TH STREET TO 14TH STREET AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12,416 (Center City Project) The City Council of the City of National City, California, hereby declares its intention to vacate and close, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, portions of 13th Street, 14th Street, 12th Street and "E" Avenue and alleys between "D" and "E" from 13th Street to 14th Street and a portion of the alley between "E" and "F" Avenues from 13th Street to 14th Street situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full, subject to reservations of easements and rights of way to be located thereon. Time for hearing any and all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for 7:45 P.M., September 6, 1977, in the City Council Chambers in the Civic Center in the City of National City, California. The City Engineer of the City of National City, California, is hereby directed to post notice of the passage of this Resolution and the time and place of hearing in accordance with law. Resolution No. 12,416 is hereby rescinded. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 1977.
