RESOLUTION GRANTING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 1077
(To allow conversion of an existing Thrifty Oil Company
Service Station to a self-service gasoline station with
controlled exit on property located at 1139 Harbison
Avenue - Permit No. 89)
The City Council of the City of National City,
California, does hereby find, determine, order and resolve
as follows:
1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning
Commission on July 11, 1977, said Commission unanimously
adopted a recommendation that the owner of the real property
more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be
granted a Planned Development Permit to allow conversion
of an existing Thrifty Oil Company Service Station to
a self-service gasoline station with controlled exit on
property located at 1139 Harbison Avenue upon the conditions
hereinafter stated:
2. That the City Council has received the recom-
mendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and
complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants
a Planned Development permit upon the following terms and
conditions:
a. An "Authority to Construct" permit shall
be obtained from San Diego County Air
Pollution Control Board and a copy thereof
shall be filed with the Fire Department
prior to construction.
b. The drainage channel, within the immediate
area abutting this site, shall be improved
with riprap, shrubs and fencing, with the
shrubs placed outside the fencing. All
other improvements shall be in accordance
with submitted plan.
3. In the event that the City Council should at
any time find and determine that the above conditions as
set forth have not been satisfied, it may declare this Permit
void and of no further effect.
