RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVENANT RUNNING WITH THE
LAND AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF
(Palm Homes, Inc., 2915 "E")
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that a Covenant granted to the City of
National City by Lloyd Neely, President, Palm Homes, Inc.
affecting property at 2915 "E" Street is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is directed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September,
1977.

COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND
This COVENANT is -made by Palm Homes, Inc., by Lloyd Neely, Presidenthereinafter
referred to as "OWNER". WHEREAS Palm Homes, Inc. is the
owner of that certain real property located in the City of National City, County of San'
D »go, State of California, described as follows:
e Westerly one-half of the following described parcel of land:
. 1 that portion of the Southeasterly Quarter of Quater Section 106 of the
echo de la Nacion, in the city of National City, in the county of San Diego,
ate of California, according to the map thereof be P'orrill, No. 166, in the
office of county recorder of San Diego County, Described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the S'ly line of said QtE. Section, Bearing S 70°5 '

WHEREAS, said owner desires to be excused from the legal requirement to install
the following improvements:
On one --half of 15th Street, being curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement,
along the Northerly boundary of said property. A 15 foot wide easement
for access and utility purposes is hereby granted acoross the west side
of Parcel 1 which shall be vacated and driveway improvements thereon
removed whenever street improvements are constructed within 15th Street
connecting Parcel 2 and an improved public street.
for a period of five (5) years, on September 20, 1977 ; NOW, THEREFORE, in consid-
eration for the granting of a deferral to install said improvements by the City Council of the
City of National City, said owner covenants for i tself
and its
heirs, successors, assigns, executors and administrators as follows:
1. The owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under
a 1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
2. The owner will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement
pr--ram of the area whether. initiated by the property owners or the City.
3. The owner will install said improvements within thirty (30) days of demand.
