RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COVENANT AND AGREEMENT
TO HOLD PROPERTY AS ONE PARCEL
(Frank Abalos, 310 East 8th Street)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of National City that a Covenant granted to the
City of National City by Frank Abalos affecting property
at 310 East 8th Street is hereby accepted and the City
Clerk is directed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April,
1977.
