HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 12,368RESOLUTION NO. 12,368 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY. (Levine, 'N' Avenue, Engr. No. 2577 & 3593) WHEREAS, the City has received an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate real property which was recorded in the office of the Recorder, County of San Diego, on October 7, 1974 as file No. 74-269102, and WHEREAS, said Irrevocable Offer dedicated portions of 'N' Avenue right-of-way generally located between Eighth Street and Plaza Boulevard in National City, and WHEREAS, the right-of-way alignment contained in said Irrevocable Offer was approved by the City Engineer, and WHEREAS, the subsequent owners have offered to exchange the currently dedicated right-of-way as described on the attached Exhibit A, for the real property described on the attached Exhibit ATTEST: 9L-CITY CL B in order to accomplish the proposed right-of-way, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows: Section 1. The City hereby accepts the real property described on the attached Exhibit B. Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City a Corporation Quit- claim deed, attached hereto as Exhibit A. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th Day of June, 1977.
