A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NATIONAL CITY, RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AND THE NATIONAL CITY POLICE OFFICERS'
ASSOCIATION FOR THE 1976-77 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the representatives of the City Manager
of the City of National City, acting for and on behalf of
the City Council of the City of National City, have hereto-
fore met and conferred with the National City Police Officers'
Association in accordance with the provisions of Section 3500,
et seq, of the Government Code of the State of California;
and as a result of meeting and conferring in good faith with
said Group, agrccment has been reached on the terms and
conditions of employment as indicated in the attached
document title EXHIBIT "A" Memorandum of Understanding,
National City Police Officers' Association, City of National
City, July 1, 1976 - June 30, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
National City doe hereby ratify and adopt said Exhibit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1976.
