AND FELICIA SMITH (A Portion of 12th St. West of I-805) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California as follows: That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest that certain Corporation Quitclaim Deed to Thomas Smith, Jr. and Felicia Smith, the property more fully described in said Corporation Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and is hereby incor- porated by reference.
