RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED TO THOMAS
SMITH, JR. AND FELICIA SMITH
(A Portion of 12th St. West of I-805)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute and attest that certain Corporation
Quitclaim Deed to Thomas Smith, Jr. and Felicia Smith, the
property more fully described in said Corporation Quitclaim
Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and is hereby incor-
porated by reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1976.

THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, A Municipal Corporation
a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California
for a valuable consideration, does hereby Remise, Release and QUITCLAIM to
THOMAS SMITH JR. AND FELICIA SMITH
the following described Real Property in the State of California, County of San Diego.
That portion of Twelfth Street lying within 80 Acre Lot 1, Quarter Section
129 of Rancho De La Nacion, in the City of National City, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof Number 166, made
by Morill, filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Diego County, May 11,
1869, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of the East Half of the West Half of
said 80 Acre Lot 1; thence North 17° 53' 05" West along the Westerly line of
said East Half of the West Half of said 80 Acre Lot 1, a distance of 30 feet
thence North 72° 06' 55" East along a line parallel with and 30 feet North-
erly of the Southerly line of said 80 Acre Lot 1, a distance of 330.04 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being the point of tangency of a
45 foot radius curve; thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve,
concave Southwesterly, through a central angle of 70° 31' 43", a distance of
55.39 feet to the point of intersection of said curve and the Southerly line
of said 80 Acre Lot 1; thence leaving said curve, North 72° 06' 55" East
along the Southerly line of said 80 Acre Lot 1, a distance of 15.11 feet;
thence North 17° 53' 05" West,-'30 feet; thence Southc7P 061'-55" West, 57.54
