RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO VACATE
AND CLOSE PLAZA BOULEVARD OFF -RAMP, EXCESS STATE
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF INTERSTATE 5 AT WEST PLAZA
BOULEVARD, NORTH SIDE
The City Council of the City of National City,
California, hereby declares its intention to vacate and
close, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division
9 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, Plaza
Boulevard off -ramp, excess State right-of-way of Inter-
state 5 at West Plaza Boulevard, north side, situated in
the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of
California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth
in full.
Time for hearing any and all persons interested
in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set
for 7:45 P.M., September 21, 1976, in the City Council
Chambers in the Civic Center in the City of National City,
California.

EXHIBIT "A"
The portion of Plaza Boulevard lying adjacent to Block 119, Map of
National City Number 348 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, California, October 2, 1882, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 13, Block 119; thence North
72° 14' 25" East along the Southerly line of said Lot 13, 115 feet to the
Southeasterly corner of said Lot 13; thence South 17° 45' 35" East, 16.00
feet; thence South 64° 59' 15" West, 55.44 feet; thence South 72° 14' 25"
West, 111.86 feet; thence North 18° 08' 56" East, 28.41 feet; thence North
72° 14' 25" East, 15.20 feet more or less to the Southeasterly corner of
Lot 10, of said Block 119; thence North 17° 45' 12" West, 20.99 feet;
thence North 18° 08' 56" East, 34.10 feet; thence South 17° 45' 12" East,
48.61 feet more or less to the point of commencement.
