RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Sewer Easement - Hunerberg)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an inter-
est in or easement upon real estate to the City of National
City:
EASEMENT from Dennis W. Hunerberg and Linda J.
Hunerberg, dated March 5, 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 1976.

Parcel 1.
That portion of the Northerly Half of the Easterly Half of Lot 1 of
Sarah C. Kimball's Subdivision of 40 Acre Lot 2 in Quarter Section 133 of
RANCHO DE LA NACION, in the City of National City, County of San Diego,
--State of California, according to Map thereof No. 584, filed in the Office'.
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, February 20, 1889, TOGETHER WITH
a portion of the Southerly Half of 20th Street adjoining said Lot 1 on the
North as vacated to public use, described as a whole as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Northeasterly line of said Lot
1 with the Northwesterly, line of the Southeasterly 82.00 feet of the North
