RESOLUTION NO. 12,011 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF (30th Street and "A" Avenue) WHEREAS, pursuant to that certain bid for the sale of City owned property dated January 14, 1975, PKM, A Partnership, purchased certain City owned property located at the northeast corner of 30th Street and "A" Avenue in National City, and WHEREAS, said bid identified certain occupants of the proposed development together with a preliminary structural design and proposed development costs, and WHEREAS, the sale of said property under date of March 11, 1975 recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, San Diego County, as file document No. 75-054059 imposed certain terms and conditions on the purchase, and WHEREAS, a change in the structural composition of the partnership (buyer),has resulted in certain proposed modifications to the building design and occupants, and WHEREAS, in order to facilitate financing of the proposed development and clear title to the property, the buyer is requesting a Release of said Terms and Con- ditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Release of Terms and Conditions as contained in Exhibit "B" of the Corporation Grant Deed to PKM, A Partnership, dated March 11, 1975 and recorded as file/ page No. 75-054059. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said release with the Office of the Recorder of San Diego County. Section IV. Time Extensions The time periods identified in Sections I, II and III above may be extended by action of the City Council of the City of National City at its sole discretion.
