HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 12,022RESOLUTION NO. 12,022 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1976-4 ON THE PROPOSED USE OF PROPERTY AT 1830 SWEETWATER ROAD (SOUTH BAY TOWN & COUNTRY SHOPPING CENTER) FOR AN ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENT OFFERING BOWLING FACILITIES [Bruce D. Green, Architect] The City Council of the City of National City does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission on April 12, 1976, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owners of the real property located at 1830 Sweetwater Road (South Bay Town & Country Shopping Center), be granted a Conditional Use Permit upon the conditions hereinafter stated. 2. That the City Council has received the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit No. 1976-4 for an entertainment establishment offering bowling facilities at 1830 Sweetwater Road (South Bay Town & Country Shopping Center), subject to the following terms and conditions: a. Prior to issuance of a building permit by the Department of Building & Housing, the property owner or his authorized agent shall file with the Planning Depart- ment an acknowledgment in writing stating that he is cognizant of all conditions as hereinbelow set forth and agrees to satisfy same within the time periods specified. (1) Plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit shall indicate provisions for an additional 41 parking sites. These additional parking sites may be provided pursuant to the "joint use" provisions of the Land Use Code (Section 975-12.08). (2) Development shall be in substantial conformance with plans submitted. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1976. ATTEST:
