Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 12,216RESOLUTION NO. 12,216 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA AMENDING A REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA EARLIER DESIGNATED PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 33310 AND 33312 OF THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LAW (Center City) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City wishes to conduct surveys within a portion of the City in order to determine whether one or more Redevelopment Projects are feasible within such portion of the City; and WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community Redevelopment Law provides that survey areas may be designated by Resolution of the legislative body of the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of National City, California hereby finds and determines pursuant to Section 33312 of the California Community Redevelopment Law that the area shown on the drawing marked Exhibit A-1 and set forth in the description marked Exhibit A-2, each attached hereto and incorporated herein, requires study to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within said area are feasible; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the area shown on said drawing marked Exhibit A-1 and set forth in said description marked Exhibit A-2 is hereby designated a Redevelopment Survey Area. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, 1976.
