HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,846RESOLUTION NO. 11,846 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1975-6 FOR AN ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENT OFFER- ING RESTAURANT FACILITIES AT 1539 PLAZA BOULEVARD (Boll Weevil - Lovett & Cerise) The City Council of the City of National City does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission on July 14, 1975, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owners of the real property located at 1539 Plaza Boulevard, be granted a Conditional Use Permit upon the conditions hereinafter stated. 2. That the City Council has received the recom- mendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit No. 1975-6 for the development of an entertainment establishment offering restaurant facilities, including beer and wine, billiards and amusement machines, at 1539 Plaza Boulevard, County Assessor's Parcel No. 557-250-12, subject to the following terms and conditions: a. Hours of operation of the restaurant shall be limited to no later than 2:00 a.m. Use of billiards and coin -operated amusement devices shall be limited to no later than midnight (2400 hours). b. Live entertainment shall be prohibited. c. Development shall be in accordance with submitted plans as viewed by the Planning Commission; applicant to work with staff in providing diagonal type parking. d. Installation of a "Right Turn Only" sign on the property side of the driveway opening onto Plaza Boulevard. e. Installation of both a robbery alarm and intrusion (burglar) alarm on the premises. f. Upon a finding by the Chief of Police or City Manager that this use is being conducted in a manner causing significant problems of public health, safety or nuisance, the City Council may, after holding a public hearing thereon, revoke or modify this Conditional Use Permit. g. No more than four pool tables shall be maintained and operated on the premises under this permit. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1975. ATTEST:
