RESOLUTION GRANTING A RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 1077
(No. 71, to construct a four -unit apartment building at the
Northwest corner of 18th Street and Rachael Avenue IW. H. Webb, Jr.])
The City Council of the City of National City,
California does hereby find, determine, order and resolve
as follows:
1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning
Commission on August 11, 1975, said Commission unanimously
adopted a recommendation that the owner of the real property
at the northwest corner of 18th Street and Rachael Avenue,
and also known as Lot 226, Lincoln Acres Annex No. 2, Map
1748, County Assessor's Parcel No. 558-220-18, as filed in
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, be
granted a Residential Planned Development permit upon the
conditions hereinafter stated.
2. That the City Council has received the recom-
mendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and
complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants
a Residential Planned Development permit to construct a
four -unit apartment building at the northwest corner of 18th
Street and Rachael Avenue, subject to the following terms
and conditions:
a. Prior to the issuance of a building permit,
a revised site plan shall be submitted to and approved by
the Planning Department. Said plan shall indicate adequate
provisions for:
(1) Exterior security lighting.
(2) Separation of areas of vehicular
parking and circulation from landscape with a six inch (6")
high asphalt or concrete curb.
(3) Detail of fence construction.
b. A detailed landscape and irrigation plan
shall be approved by the Planning Department prior to installa-
tion.
(1) A permanent underground irrigation
system is required.
(2) All required landscape shall be
permenently maintained in a growing and healthy condition.
c. Development shall be in accordance with
plans as viewed by the Planning Commission.
d. Prior to adoption of resolution granting
planned development permit by the City Council, the property
owner shall file with the Planning Department an acknowledge-
ment in writing stating that he is cognizant of all conditions
as hereinabove set forth, and agrees to satisfy same within
a period of time not to exceed 180 days from date of City
Council adoption of resolution granting said permit.
