Nichols) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instruments conveying an inter- est in or easement upon real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT from Joseph A. Nonzeta dated September 8, 1975. EASEMENT from Harold R. Nichols and Marie C. Nichols dated September 8, 1975. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1975. NICHOLS AND MARIE C. NICHOLS HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County of San Diego, State of California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate and repair a drainage structure including any or all appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under, along and across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: That portion of Lot 70, Hortons Purchase, Rancho Mission of San Diego, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 283, filed in the office of the Recorder of San Diego County, March 9, 1878, more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A".
