Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 11,875RESOLUTION NO. 11,875 RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT (Improvement of Grove Street between 14th Street and Plaza Boulevard) WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National City did in open session, on the 24th day of September, 1975, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the improvement of Grove Street between 14th Street and Plaza Boulevard, Specification No. 787. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible bidder to wit: R. E. HAZARD COMPANY at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of National City. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 1975. ATTEST:
