RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Zinser-Furby Inc., Engr. #2603)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an inter-
est in or easement upon real estate to the City of National
City:
EASEMENT from Zinser-Furby Inc., dated March
6, 1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of October, 1975.

HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County of San Diego,
State of California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate
and repair
drainage easements
including any or all appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under,
along and across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State
of California, described as follows:

Reserving unto the Grantor(s) herein, or heirs and assigns the use or continued use of the above -described
parcel of land subject to the following conditions:

DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ten feet in width lying five feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of 13th Street, being 80 feet
in width, with the center line of Cleveland Avenue (formerly Eighth Avenue),
being 100 feet in width as shown on National City, per Map Number 348, in
the City of National City, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
said map being on file in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego
County; thence South 71° 34' 48" West, along the centerline of said 13th Street,
a distance of 173.82 feet; thence North 5° 40' 45" East, a distance of 43.82
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continueing North 5° 40' 45" East,
22.74 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left, having a radius
of 5799.65 feet; thence Northerly along said curve 33.44 feet to a point
hereinafter refered to as POINT "A"; thence continueing Northerly along said
curve to an intersection with the Southerly line of land described in a deed
to the Lendale Company, Recorded November 13, 1963, File No. 20277 of Official
Records, being also the line of termination of the most Northerly extension
of said drainage easement.
Also beginning' at POINT "A" as described above; thence South 55° West,24.42
feet more or less to a point of termination on the Easterly right-of-way line
of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, right-of-way, 100 feet in width.
Also beginning at a POINT "A" as described above; thence South 55° East, 50 feet
to a point hereafter refered to as POINT "B"; thence North 71° 34' 48" East,
97 feet more or less to a point of termination on the Westerly right-of-way
line of the Coronado Branch of the San Diego and Arizona Eastern Railway
right-of-way, 40 feet in width.
Also beginning at POINT "B" as described above South 55° East, 15 feet more or
less to a point of termination on the Northerly right-of-way line of 13th Street
as described above.
