A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING
CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A -CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYING
CERTAIN EXCESS REAL PROPERTY. (Engineering Nos. 2823
& 2825)
WHEREAS, the City is proceeding to construct Grove
Street from Plaza Boulevard to 14th Street, and
WHEREAS, said construction requires the acquisition
of certain right-of-way, described on the attached Exhibit A,
herein referred to as Parcel A, and
WHEREAS, the alignment and construction of said
Grove Street results in the creation of certain excess right-
of-way which is no longer needed for public use described on
the attached Exhibit B herein referred to as Parcel B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 7083,
the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of
Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying
an interest in or easement upon real estate to the City of
National City:
GRANT DEED from E. T. Maloney and Priscilla L.
Maloney dated October 24, 1975, Eng. #2823 (Parcel A).
Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute and attest that
certain Corporation Quitclaim Deed to E. T. Maloney and
Priscilla L. Maloney, the property herein known as Parcel
B.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1975.

A portion of 80 acre lot 2, Quarter Section 129, Rancho
de la Nacion, according to the map thereof No. 166 by
Morrill, filed in the office of the Recorder of San
Diego County, May 11, 1869 lying Southwesterly of a
40 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly, said curve
tangent with the Westerly line of the Southwesterly
Quarter of the Northeasterly Quarter of the Easterly
half of said 80 acre Lot 2 and tangent with a line
parallel with and 30 feet Northerly of the Southerly
line of said Southwesterly Quarter.

San Diego, State of California; all that real property situated in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of 80 acre lot 2, Quarter Section 129, Rancho de la
Nacion, according to the map thereof No. 166 by Morrill, filed
in -the office of the Recorder of San Diego County, May 11,
1869 lying Southwesterly of a 40 foot radius curve concave
Northeasterly, said curve tangent with the westerly line of
the Southwesterly Quarter of the Northeasterly Quarter of
the Easterly half of said 80 acre Lot 2 and tangent with a
line parallel with and 30 feet northerly of the southerly line
of said Southwesterly Quarter.
