HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,674RESOLUTION NO. 11,674 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CERTAIN QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO SOUTH BAY TOWN AND COUNTRY, A PARTNERSHIP. (National Center) WHEREAS, South. Bay Town and Country, A Partner- ship, is developing a subdivision known as National Center located at 30th Street and Edgemere Drive in National City, and WHEREAS, said subdivision contains certain easementsand rights -of -way no longer required by the City. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor is authorized to execute two Quitclaim Deeds conveying certain easements and rights -of -way to South Bay Town & Country, A Partnership.
