RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORDER TO VACATE AND
CLOSE 22ND STREET FROM THE WESTERLY LINE OF WILSON
AVENUE, WEST A DISTANCE OF 135 FEET
WHEREAS, on June 26, 1973, a hearing was had
pursuant to Resolution No. 11,056 to determine whether
the following street within the City of National City
should be vacated to wit:
That portion of Twenty-second Street lying
between the prolongation of the Westerly
line of Wilson Avenue (Formerly Fifth Avenue)
and the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly
line of the alley in Block 171, according
to the map of National City, Number 348, filed
in the office of the Recorder of San Diego
County, California, October 2, 1882.
Reserving an easement for public utility
purposes over, under and across the Southerly
twenty (20) feet thereof and also reserving
an easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly twenty (20)
feet of the Northerly twenty-nine (29) feet
thereof.
WHEREAS, the City Council at said hearing, found,
from all evidence submitted, that said street is unnecessary
for present or prospective public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are respect-
fully authorized and directed to execute and attest an Order
of Vacation of the above described street.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause a certified copy of subject order to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, pursuant to Section 8324, California Streets and
Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1975.

The City of National City, by authority of
Resolution No. 11,682 duly adopted on February 4, 1975
by the City Council of the City of National City, hereby
orders the vacation of the following street within the City
limits of National City:
That portion of Twenty-second Street lying
between the prolongation of the Westerly
line of Wilson Avenue (Formerly Fifth Avenue)
and the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly
line of the alley in Block 171, according
to the map of National City, Number 348, filed
in the office of the Recorder of San Diego
County, California, October 2, 1882.

acknowledged to me that such corporation executed the
within instrument pursuant to a Resolution of its City
Council.
