HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,716RESOLUTION NO. 11,716 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A SPECIFIC PLAN TO ESTABLISH A MINIMUM 14' BUILDING SETBACK FROM THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ON PALM AVENUE BETWEEN 4TH STREET AND 18TH STREET WHEREAS, after having provided proper notice of the time and place as provided by law, the City Council of the City of National City has held a public hearing to consider said specific plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City did consider all evidence and testimony presented at said hearing, including the Planning Department Staff Report and recommendation; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City has determined that it is in the interest of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of National City to provide for possible future street widening on Palm Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City County of the City of National City hereby adopts a specific plan establishing a minimum fourteen (14') foot building setback from the street right-of-way on Palm Avenue between 4th Street and 18th Street. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1975. ATTEST: CIT CLERK
