RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE
LAND AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF
(Iglesia ni Cristo)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that a Covenant granted to the City of
National City by Iglesia ni Cristo affecting property at
2145 East 8th Street, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk
is directed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of March, 1975.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR 2145 EAST 8TH STREET, NATIONAL CITY:
PARCEL 1: All that portion of the Southeast Quarter of Quarter Section 130
of the Rancho de la Nacion, City of National City, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map thereof No. 166, made by Morrill, filed in
the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, May 11, 1869,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of a public street (8th Street) 80.00
feet wide which said point is South 71° 00' 00" West, 40 rods from the South-
easterly corner of said Quarter Section 130: thence South 71° 00' 00" West
10 rods; thence North 19° 00' 00" West 225.00 feet: thence North 71° 00' 00"
East 10 rods; thence South 19° 00' 00" East 225.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 55.00 feet of the Southerly 213.00 feet
thereof. Also Excepting therefrom the Easterly 5.00 feet of the Westerly
60.00 feet of the Southerly 188.00 feet thereof.
PARCEL 2: The Northerly 25.00 feet of the Southerly 213.00 feet of the

Beginning at a point in the center of a public street 80.00 feet wide
(8th Street) which bears South 71° 00' 00" West 660.00 feet from the Southeast
corner of said Quarter Section 130: thence continuing South 71° 00' 00" West
165.00 feet; thence North 19° 00' 00" West 594.00 feet; thence North
71° 00' 00" East 165.00 feet; thence South 19° 00' 00" East, 594.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning.

This COVENANT is made by Iglesia ni Cristo
"OWNER". WHEREAS,
Iglesia ni Cristo
hereinafter referred to as
is the owner of that certain real property
located in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth
in full.
WHEREAS, said owner desires to be excused from the legal requirement to install
"V" Avenue within the property known as
rowek permanent paving for one-half the street width, on 2145 East 8th Street
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of a deferral to install said improvements by the City Council of
the City of National City, said owner covenants for themselve,nd their heirs, successors, assigns, ex-
ecutors and administrators as follows:.
1. The property owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under a 1911
Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
2. The property owner will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement program
of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
3 Property owner will install improvements waived upon demand of
City, within 30 days of demand, or City will be entitled to install said
improvements and charge the owner of the burdened property therefor, and
upon failure to pay said charge the City may maintain an action at law
against the owner therefor.
Said Covenant shall be run with and be a burden on the within described real property.
