RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY APPROVING THE SALARY PLAN, ESTABLISHING PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATIONS 197ANDADOP TING NISSALARY RYASCHEDULES FOR THE R WHEREAS, the City Manager has tions for a salary plan for the 1974-75 WHEREAS, the City Council has mendations and is desirous of setting competitive and equitable salary schedules for the mutual benefit of the City of National City and National plan as "A", be forth are hereby fixed as the salary for each class of City service effective July 1, 1974; and, 2. That a salary differential of 5% for fire pre - in the Fire Department, in lieu of overtime, is submitted his recommenda- fiscal year; and, "considered said recom- 1. That a salary differential of 10% for police liaison duties in the Police Department is herewith granted; and, 5. That a salary differential of 5% for "crew chief" field supervisory duties in both the Sewer Division and Department the Street Division of the Public Works granted. is herewith PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 1974.
