HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,546RESOLUTION NO. 11,546 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1974-2, TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO-STORY PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING, AS A SEPARATE ENTERPRISE, IN THE C-2-A-F2, SPECIAL LIMITED COMMERCIAL, FLOOD PLAIN RESTRICTIVE ZONE, 1541 SWEETWATER ROAD (W. G. & Associates) The City Council of the City of National City does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission on June 24, 1974, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owners of the real property located on 1541 Sweetwater Road, be granted a Conditional Use Permit upon the conditions hereinafter stated. 2. That the City Council has received the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit 1974-2 for construction of a two-story professional office building, as a separate enterprise, in the C-2-A-F2, special limited commercial, flood plain restrictive zone, subject to the following terms and conditions: a. Prior to the issuance of a building permit the property owner shall file with the Planning Department an acknowledgment in writing stating that he is cognizant of, and agrees to, all conditions imposed upon the issuance of this project. b. A building permit shall be obtained within ninety (90) days from date of City Council adoption of resolution granting conditional use permit. c. Construction shall commence within a period of time not to exceed 120 days from date of permit issuance, with completion within one year. d. All exterior lighting, provided for security and convenient nighttime use, shall be controlled by photo- electric cell, and installation shall be coordinated with San Diego Gas & Electric Company. e. Exterior surface of the northerly end and interior side yard side of the building shall be architect- urally treated. (Applicant to work with the Planning De- partment.) f. The property owner or his authorized agent shall continue to work with the Director of Planning in the acquisition of adjoining city -owned property. If said property is acquired from the city, the property owner or his authorized agent shall submit plans adequately depicting improvement of the site. (i.e., drainage; curb, gutter and sidewalk; landscape/irrigation, and/or revised off-street parking layout) PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 1974. ATTEST:
