A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NATIONAL CITY FIXING AND ADOPTING THE TAX RATE
FOR THE 1974-75 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 51511 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California, the City Council of
the City of National City, California is required to fix
the rate of taxes designated in the number of cents upon
each one hundred dollars of the assessed value of property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, California, as follows:
Section 1. That the tax rate for the City of
National City, California, for the fiscal year 1974-75, is
hereby set and fixed as follows:
GENERAL FUND $ .56
PARK FUND .30
LIBRARY FUND .29
RETIREMENT FUND .38
CIVIC CENTER BOND FUND .04
$1.57
TOTAL PER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
OF ASSESSED VALUATION
Section 2. That before the expiration of fifteen
days from the passage of this Resolution the City Clerk of
the City of National City, California, shall cause this Res-
olution to be published once in the National City Star News.
