RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CORPORATION
QUITCLAIM DEED TO HERBERT WILLIAMS AND DAVID
WILLIAMS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California as follows:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute and attest that certain Corporation
Quitclaim Deed to Herbert Williams and David Williams, the
property more fully described in said Corporation Quitclaim
Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and is hereby
incorporated by reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1974.

Herbert Williams and David Williams, Trustees for:
Gail Williams Keyes, uta dated January 23, 1967; Judi Williams Cohen, uta dated
November 27, 1968; Debbie Williams Casden, uta dated November 30, 1971; Douglas
Williams, uta dated December 3, 1959; Mark Williams,. uta dated December 3, 1959;
and Susan Williams, uta dated December 3, 1959
the following described Real Property in the State of California, County of San Diego.
Those portions of Lots 31 and 32 together with a portion of 29th Street vacated in
Bahia Vista, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 1815 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County, more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A".
This conveyance is subject to the following terms and conditions: The Grantee herein
agrees that within ninety (90) days of the date of this conveyance to landscape and
maintain the westerly ten (10) feet of said property in such a manner as to beautify
and attractively screen the property as viewed from Interstate 5 Freeway. Said land-
scaping shall contain trees and shrubs of a common variety planted in such a manner
as to effectuate the screening and beautification. Landscaping shall be served by a
permanent underground irrigation system sufficient to maintain all vegetation planted.
All landscaping shall be approved by the City prior to installation. The Grantee
and/or successors in interest shall be responsible for all maintenance, including
periodic watering and upkeep of the landscaped area.

Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 32 of said Bahia Vista; thence
along the Westerly line of said Map No. 1815 South 17°43'34" East, Record
South 18°35' East, 106.67 feet to a point in the arc of a 382.24 foot radius
curve concave Northerly in the Northwesterly prolongation of the centerline
of the 20 foot easement for railway purposes as described in Deed to San
Diego -Arizona Eastern Railway Recorded May 14, 1965 as Document No. 87439
of Official Records, being the True Point Of Beginning; thence continuing
South 17°43'34" East 211.75 feet; thence North 72°16'26" East 81.99 feet
to a tangent 58 foot radius curve concave Southerly; thence Easterly along the
arc of said curve 4.11 feet through an angle of 4°03'24" to a point in the arc
of a 260 foot radius curve concave Northeasterly in the Southwesterly line of
the land described in Deed to Herbert Williams, et. al., Recorded July 29, 1965
as Document No. 135471 of Official Records; thence along the boundary line
of said land Northerly along the arc of said 260 foot radius curve a distance of
56.41 feet through an angle of 12°25'54"; thence tangent to said curve North
17°43'34" West 71.76 feet Record North 18°36' West 72.18 feet to a point
in said centerline of said 20 foot easement above mentioned, being a point in
said 382.24 foot radius curve concave Northerly; thence Northwesterly along
the arc of said curve 116.57 feet through an angle of 17°28'22" to the True
Point Of Beginning.
Reserving therefrom an easement for sewer pipe line purposes together with
the right to maintain same over, under, along and across a strip of land 30
feet in width lying 10 feet Easterly and 20 feet Westerly of the existing pipe
line of the San Diego Metropolitan sewer line.
Also reserving an easement for railway purposes over a strip of land 25 feet
in width lying Southwesterly and Southerly of and immediately adjoining said
centerline of the 20 foot easement for railway purposes above described.
