HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,568RESOLUTION NO. 11,568 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED TO HERBERT WILLIAMS AND DAVID WILLIAMS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California as follows: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute and attest that certain Corporation Quitclaim Deed to Herbert Williams and David Williams, the property more fully described in said Corporation Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference. Those portions of Lots 31 and 32 together with a portion of 29th Street vacated in Bahia Vista, in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1815 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A". This conveyance is subject to the following terms and conditions: The Grantee herein agrees that within ninety (90) days of the date of this conveyance to landscape and maintain the westerly ten (10) feet of said property in such a manner as to beautify and attractively screen the property as viewed from Interstate 5 Freeway. Said land- scaping shall contain trees and shrubs of a common variety planted in such a manner as to effectuate the screening and beautification. Landscaping shall be served by a permanent underground irrigation system sufficient to maintain all vegetation planted. All landscaping shall be approved by the City prior to installation. The Grantee and/or successors in interest shall be responsible for all maintenance, including periodic watering and upkeep of the landscaped area.
