RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORDER TO
VACATE. AND CLOSE PORTIONS OF TWENTIETH, TWENTY-FIRST AND
TWENTY-SECOND STREETS, BETWEEN HIGHLAND AND "L" AVENUES;
PORTION OF "I" AVENUE BETWEEN TWENTY-FIRST AND TWENTY-
SECOND STREETS, "J" AVENUE BETWEEN TWENTIETH AND TWENTY-
SECOND STREETS
WHEREAS, on November 13, 1973, a hearing was
had pursuant to Resolution No. 11,184 to determine whether
portions of Twentieth, Twenty-first and Twenty-second Streets,
between Highland and "L" Avenues; portion of "I" Avenue
between Twenty-first and Twenty-second Streets, "J" Avenue
between Twentieth and Twenty-second Streets, more partic-
ularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorpo-
rated herein as though set forth in full, should be vacated.
WHEREAS, the City Council at said hearing, found,
from all evidence submitted, that said streets are unnecessary
for present or prospective public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are respect-
fully authorized and directed to execute and attest an Order
of Vacation of the above described streets as the same are
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, reserving the public
utilities easements described herein.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause a certified copy of subject order to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, pur-
suant to Section 8324, California Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1974.

ORDER OF VACATION
The City of National City, by authority of
Resolution No. 11,585, duly adopted on September 17, 1974,
by the City Council of the City of National City, hereby
orders the vacation of a portion of Twentieth, Twenty-first
and Twenty-second Streets, between Highland and "L" Avenues;
portion of "I" Avenue between Twenty-first and Twenty-second
Streets, "J" Avenue between Twentieth and Twenty-second
Streets, situated in the City of National City, County of
San Diego, State of California more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as
though set forth in full, reserving the public utilities
easements described herein.
Executed this 17th day of September, 1974.
