RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORDER TO VACATE AND
CLOSE UNNECESSARY STREETS AND ALLEYS LOCATED WITHIN THE
E. J. CHRISTMAN BUSINESS & INDUSTRIAL PARK I,
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, on September 10, 1974, a hearing was
had pursuant to Resolution No. 11,554 to determine whether
unnecessary streets and alleys located within the E. J.
Christman Business & Industrial Park I, Redevelopment Project
Area, situated in the City of National City, County of San
Diego, State of California, more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as though
set forth in full, should be vacated.
WHEREAS, the City Council at said hearing, found,
from all evidence submitted, that said street is unnecessary
for present or prospective public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are respect-
fully authorized and directed to execute and attest an Order
of Vacation of the above described street.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause a certified copy of subject order to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, pur-
suant to Section 8324, California Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1974.

ORDER OF VACATION
The City of National City, by authority of
Resolution No. 11,588 duly adopted on September 24, 1974
by the City Council of the City of National City, hereby
orders the vacation of unnecessary streets and alleys
located within the E. J. Christman Business & Industrial
Park I, Redevelopment Project Area, situated in the City
of National City, County of San Diego, State of California
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein as though set forth in full.

All of the streets, avenues and alleys lying within the following described
parcel of land:
All those portions of National City, in the City of National. City, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 348 filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, October 2, 1882 together with
those portions of Bahia Vista, in the City of National City, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1815, filed in the office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 19, 1924; together with
those portions of National Avenue lying within Quarter Sections 152 and 153 of
Rancho de la Nacion in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill, filed in the Office of
County Recorder of San Diego County, May 11, 1869, described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of 22nd Street, 80 feet
wide, with the centerline of National Avenue, 100 feet wide; thence along the

17° 43' 15" East 40 feet to an angle point in the boundary line of the land des-
