Home My WebLink AboutCC RESO 11,597RESOLUTION NO. 11,597 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE PUBLIC WAY (A Portion of 'N' Avenue) The City of National City hereby accepts an Irrevocable Offer to dedicate a portion of "N" Avenue and directs the City Clerk to record such Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate. Such acceptance is pursuant to the following terms and conditions: 1. The Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate shall be accepted and filed with the San Diego County Recorder's office; 2. Said offer will have the status of a street reservation; 3. Upon final dedication of "N" Avenue, the Grantor(s), their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns will install sidewalks and driveways and the City will install curbs, gutters, and other street improvements as required. The City will install such im- provements at no cost to the Grantor(s), their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns; 4. The City will retain this portion of "N" Avenue on the Select Street System. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 1974.
