RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Easement - Re: 1911 Act #161, Leslie Oliver Tigh
and Roberta Jean Tigh)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instrument conveying an interest
in or easement upon real estate to the City of National City:
EASEMENT from Leslie Oliver Tigh and Roberta Jean
Tigh dated October 24, 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of October, 1974.

HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County of San Diego,
State of California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate
and repair public street improvements
including any or all appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under,
along and across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State
of California, described as follows:
All that portion of 80 acre Lot 1, Quarter Section 129, Rancho De La
Nacion, according to Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill on file in the
Recorders Office of San Diego County, California, more particularly
described on the attached exhibit "A".
Reserving unto the Grantor(s) herein, or heirs and assigns the use or continued use of the above -described
parcel of land subject to the following conditions:
The erecting of building, masonry walls, masonry fences and other structures; the planting or
growing of trees; changing of the surface grade shall be prohibited except by written permission
from the City of National City.

Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of the Southerly one-half
of the Southeasterly quarter of the Westerly half of said 80
Acre Lot 1, thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said
Southeasterly quarter 40 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the
Southerly line of said Southeasterly auarter 30 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Southerly and Easterly along the arc
of a 10 foot radius curve, concave to the Northeast a distance of
15.71 feet to a point 30 feet Northerly of the Southerly line
of said Southeasterly quarter and 40 feet Easterly of the Westerly
line of said Southeasterly quarter, thence Westerly parallel to
the Southerly line of said Southeasterly quarter 10 feet; thence
Northerly parallel to the Westerly line of said Southeasterly quarter
