RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COVENANTS RUNNING WITH THE
LAND AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF
(Milligan and Villalpando)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that the following Covenants granted to the
City of National City are hereby accepted and the City Clerk
is directed to record the same:
Mrs. Marilynn Ann Milligan affecting property at A
2441 "M" Avenue.
Sarah Villalpando affecting property at 37 North
"U" Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 1974.

This COVENANT is made by Sarah Villalpando
"OWNER". WHEREAS, Sarah Villalpando
hereinafter referred to as
is the owner of that certain real property
located in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
Lot No. 295, National Vista No. 2 Map No. 2759 filed in the
office of the County Recorder, San Diego County, 9 March, 1951.
WHEREAS, said owner desires to be excused from the legal requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk

THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of a deferral to install said improvements by the City Council t`
the C•ty of National City, said owner covenants for herself and her heirs, successors, assigns, ex-
ecutors and administrators as follows:
1. The property owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under a 1911
Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
2. The property owner will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement program
of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
3 Property owner will install improvements waived upon demand of
City, within 30 'lays of demand, or City will be entitled to install said
improvements and charge the owner of the burdened property therefor, and
upon failure to pay said charge the City may maintain an action at law
against the owner therefor.
Said Covenant shall be run with and be a burden on the within described real property.

COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND
This COVENANT is made by Marilynn Ann Milligan hereinafter referred to as
"OWNER". WHEREAS, Marilynn Ann Milligan is the owner of that certain real property
located in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
Southerly 56.00 feet of all that portion of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of 40 Acre Lot 1 in Quarter Section 134 of Rancho De
La Nacion, Map by Morrill No. 166, lying Westerly of the Westerly line
of the Easterly 165.00 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of said 40 Acre Lot 1.
