HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,453RESOLUTION NO. 11,453 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORDER TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF "F" AVENUE FROM THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF 13TH STREET TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF 14TH —STREET (Henry W. Taylor) WHEREAS, on April 25, 1972, a hearing was had pursuant to Resolution No. 10,605 to determine whether the street more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full, should be vacated, and WHEREAS, the City Council at said hearing, found, from all evidence submitted, that said street is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes; follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as 1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are respectfully authorized and directed to execute and attest an Order of Vaction of the above -described street. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of subject order to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County pursuant to Section 8324, California Streets and Highways Code. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1974.
