RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
(Euclid Avenue Improvement Project, Specification No. 798)
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of National
City did in open session, on the 17th day of April, 1974,
publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or
bids for development of Euclid Avenue Improvement Project,
Specification No. 798.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the
City Council of the City of National City hereby rejects
all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and
making said improvements to the lowest regular responsible
bidder to wit:
R. E. HAZARD
at the prices named in the bid of such bidder on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of National City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1974.
