HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,513RESOLUTION NO. 11,513 RESOLUTION GRANTING A RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 1077 (No. 61, at 3033 East 18th Street, Murphy) The City Council of the City of National City, California, does hereby find, determine, order and re- solve as follows: 1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning Commission on May 20, 1974, said Commission unanimously adopted a recommendation that the owner of the real property known as 3033 East 18th Street, and also known as Lots 230 and 231, Lincoln Acres Annex No. 2, Map 1748, Records of San Diego County, California, be granted a Residential Planned Development Permit upon the conditions hereinafter stated. 2. That the City Council has received the rec- ommendation of the Planning Commission, and after full and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby grants a Residential Planned Development Permit to construct an apartment complex containing 18 two -bedroom apartment units subject to the following terms and conditions: a. Plans submitted for the issuance of a build- ing permit shall be prepared in compliance with all the provisions of Ordinance No. 1306, except for density limit- ation set forth in the General Plan. b. All landscaping shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the recently adopted land- scape standards. c. Construction shall commence within 90 days from date of the issuance of a building permit, with com- pletion within one (1) year of said date. d. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall file a written statement with the Planning Department, acknowledging and accepting all of the conditions imposed upon the issuance of this permit.
