HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,515RESOLUTION NO. 11,515 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR MOBILEHOME INSTALLATIONS WHEREAS, on and after July 1, 1974, a permit shall be obtained from the Department of Building and Housing each time a mobilehome, which is required to be moved under a permit, is to be located or installed on any site for the purpose of human habitation or occupancy as a dwelling; and WHEREAS, Section 5028.2(b) of the California Administrative Code states that where a City is responsible for enforcement of these regulations, fees commensurate with the costs of enforcement shall be established by resolution; and WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Housing has requested that the City uniformly establish the same fees as have been established by the State Department of Housing and Community Development; and WHEREAS, this City Council is desirous at this time and deems it to be in the best public interest to so adopt said fee schedule. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the City is the responsible enforcing agency, the following fee schedule is hereby adopted: (a) Application filing fee, five dollars ($5). (b) Installation permit fee, twenty-five dollars ($25). (c) Reinspection fee, twenty-five dollars ($25) . PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1974. ATTEST:
