RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
(Highland Baptist Church)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instruments conveying an in-
terest in or easement upon real estate to the City of
National City:
CORPORATION GRANT DEED from Highland Avenue
Baptist Church dated May 31, 1974.
EASEMENT from Highland Avenue Baptist Church
dated May 31, 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1974.

For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Highland Avenue Baptist Church
hereby grants to City of National City an easement for sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment
purposes over and across that certain real property situated in the City of National City, County of San
Diego, State of California, more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the Southerly half of the Westerly half of the Westerly half of
20 Acre Lot 1, Quarter Section 134, Rancho de La Nacion, according to Map thereof
No. 166, on file in the Recorder's Office of San Diego County, California, more
particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land 15 feet in width being 72 feet on each side of the following
described center line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Easterly half of the Westerly half
of said 20 Acre Lot 1; thence Easterly along the Northerly line thereof a distance
of 82 feet; thence Southerly, at right angles, a distance of 40 feet to the
"True Point of Beginning"; thence continuing Southerly in the same course a distance
of 60 feet; thence Southwesterly on a deflection angle of 27° 05' 30" to the right
a distance of 236.59 feet; thence Southwesterly on a deflection angle of 18° 39' 30"
to the right a distance of 31.81 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of the
Southerly half of said 20 Acre Lot 1, the true point of beginning, thence continuing
along said deflection to an intersection with the Southerly line of the Northerly
199.00 feet of said Southerly half of the Westerly half of the Westerly half; thence
Westerly along said Southerly line to the Easterly line of Highland Avenue, the
termination of said easement.
This grant is a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction, reconstruction, excava-
tion, maintenance, operation and repair of sewer and/or drainage and/or embankment facilities, together
with the right to enter upon and to pass, and repass, over and along said easement and to deposit tools,
implements, and other materials thereon. The right is reserved by the Grantor, and/or his
buil and/or structures over and across the herein described
