RESOLUTION GRANTING SPECIAL FACILITY USE PERMIT
WHICH AUTHORIZES THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
TO THE NATIONAL CITY AMERICAN LITTLE LEAGUE
BE IT RESOLVED that the National City American
Little League is authorized to dispense alcoholic beverages
in the Kimball Park Community Building under the following
terms and conditions:
1. The sale of alcoholic beverages shall occur
between 6:00 P.M. and 12:00 P.M. on May 18, 1974.
2. The event for which this permit is granted is
a luau, entertainment and dance.
3. The National City American Little League shall
make appropriate security arrangements through the National
City Police Department.
4. The National City American Little League shall
supply a Certificate of Insurance to the City Manager of
National City 5 days prior to the scheduled event which
certificates evidence the existence of public liability and
property damage insurance in amounts of at least $100,000.00
for a single occurance and $300,000.00 for multiple occurances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit herein granted
is revocable without notice for violation of the terms stated
herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1974.
