DEDICATION OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC
STREET PURPOSES.
(Division Street)
WHEREAS, the City of National City is the owner
of all that certain property situated in the City of
National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more
particularly hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the City of National City desires that
said property be dedicated for public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of National City, that the following described
property be and is hereby dedicated for public street purposes:
The Northerly 40.00 feet of the Easterly
50.00 feet of the Westerly 490.00 feet of
20 Acre Lot 1 in Quarter Section 131 of
Rancho de la Nacion, in the City of
National City, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to the
Map thereof No. 166, filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, May 11, 1869.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described
parcel of land shall henceforth be known as "Division Street."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED. this 7th day of August, 1973.
