HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,147RESOLUTION NO. 11,147 RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT SPLIT LS-12-73 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP) - NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF 10TH STREET. AND "R" AVENUE (Tanaka) BE IT RESOLVED. by the City Council of the City of National City that the recommendation of the Planning Commission of National City regarding the lot split at the Northwesterly Corner of l0th Street and "R" Avenue be approved and that said approval is conditioned upon the following: 1. That within one year from the date of approval of this tentative parcel map the applicant shall file with the County Recorder a parcel map, approved by. the City Engineer, in substantial conformance with the approved tentative parcel map and in conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act. 2. That the applicant pay all sewer connection and permit fees as determined by the Director of Building and Housing. 3. That the applicant file with the City Engineer a "Letter of Permission" allowing city personnel or personnel under contract to the City to enter upon the property along the loth Street frontage, to construct a retaining wall within a five-foot strip extending from the easterly property line of Parcel "A" westerly along 10th Street 65 feet. 4. File with the Planning Department of the City of National City a covenant running with the land providing: a. The property owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under a 1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owner or the city; and, b. The property owners will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement program of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the city. 5. That 130 feet of Type "G" curb and sidewalk be constructed along loth Street from existing curb easterly 130 feet, and that the unpaved area between the new curb and existing paving on loth Street be paved with 2" A.C. 6. That "right-of-way" for "R" Avenue be dedicated as specified by the City Engineer. 7. That curb and paving be installed along "R" Avenue as specified by the City Engineer.
