HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,156RESOLUTION NO. 11,156 RESOLUTION DEFERRING REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALK AT 2119 "B" AVENUE (Agnes D. Olson) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the application of Agnes D. Olson for deferral of the installation of sidewalk on 2119 "B" Avenue is granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The filing with the Planning Department of the City of National City a covenant running with the land, providing: a. The property owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements under a 1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City; and b. The property owners will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement program of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City. c. The property owner will install the required improvements upon demand of City Council. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1973. Olson is the owner of that certain real property located in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: Northerly 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 3, L. A. Weisser's Subdivision, Map No. 1672. WHEREAS, said owner desires to be excused from the legal requirement to install curb, gutter, sidewalk and permanent paving for one-half the street width, on 2119 "B" Avenue NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of a deferral to install said improvements by the City Council of the City of National City, said owner covenants for _herself and her heirs, successors, assigns, ex- ecutors and.administrators as follows: 1.
