RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1973-5, SITE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 30TH STREET EAST OF
EDGEMERE AVENUE AND WEST OF I-805 AND ADJACENT
TO STATE .ROUTE 54 FREEWAY

The City Council of the City of National City
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
1. At a regular meeting of the City Planning
Commission on July 23, 1973, said Commission unanimously
adopted a recommendation that the owners of the real
property located on the South side of 30th Street East
of Edgemere
State Route
Permit upon
Avenue
and West of 1-805 and Adjacent to
54 Freeway, be granted a Conditional Use
the conditions hereinafter stated.
2. That the City Council has received the
recommendation of the Planning Commission, and after full
and complete consideration of said recommendation hereby
grants a Conditional Use Permit 1973-5 for site development
of property located on the South Side of 30th Street East
of Edgemere Avenue and West of I-805 and Adjacent to State
Route 54 Freeway, subject to the following terms and
conditions:
. That the proposed evelopment be designed,
developed, and maintained in
accordance with all applicable
City ordinances and regulations and that the project obtain
site plan review approval.
b. That the City Council hearing for this
Conditional Use Permit not be held until after the Planning
Commission has held a public hearing on the environmental
impact report for this project.
c. That minimum finish floor elevations be
approved by the National City City Engineer to insure flood
proof buildings.
d. That adequate drainage facilities are
designed and constructed in accordance with the standards
and requirements as may be specified by the National City
City Engineer.
e. That public improvements as may be
required by the City Engineer are installed in conjunction
with the development of this project.
f. That the portion of this site now zoned
F-1 Floodway Zone first be rezoned to F-2 Floodway Zone.

That the area presently in an unincorp-
orated area of San Diego County first be annexed to National
City.
