Lots 19 and 20 are owned by the undersigned and are intended to remain separate parcels under the same ownership. A 12 1/2 foot wide driveway is planned on Lot 19, adjacent to Lot 20, and a 12 1/2 foot driveway is planned on Lot 20, adjacent to Lot 19. Because of the existing single ownership these driveways are available for joint use by occupants of both lots. So as to assure continued ingress and egress over these driveways the under- signed owners hereby bind themselves and their successors in ownership to the City of National City as follows: That they will preserve said driveways, and furthermore that in the event one of the lots should be sold they will, as a condition of the sale, grant and execute mutual easements from Lot 19 to Lot 20, and from Lot 20 to Lot 19, each of 12. 5 feet in width and running the full length of each lot at their common lot line, such easements to be properly drawn and documented and duly recorded. 004.5.6 yler Miller, J ice President, Collins Development Co.
