HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,036RESOLUTION NO. 11,036 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN (GP-18-72) TO MAKE EIGHTEEN CHANGES TO THE .GENERAL PLAN MAP 1985 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the amendment to the General Plan (GP-18-72) to make eighteen changes to the General Plan Map 1985 is hereby approved as follows: 1. To show portions of the M-2 (Light Manufactur- ing) zoned area between 8th and l.lth Streets, and west of National Avenue for "Commercial Manufacturing" use. ZONING: M-2 (Light Manufacturing) PRESENT GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION: Commercial Recreation & Tourist. RECOMMENDED GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO: Commercial Manufacturing. EXISTING LAND USE: Mixed commercial, manu- facturing, and residential uses. ZONE CHANGE: None 2. To show the commercially zoned area between 22nd and 24th Streets on the east side of "A" Avenue for "Automotive Commercial." ZONING: C-4 (Wholesale Commercial) PRESENT GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION: Very High Density Residential RECOMMENDED GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT: Automotive Commercial EXISTING LAND USE: Automobile storage lot ZONE CHANGE: None 3. To show the C-2-PD(Limited Commercial Planned Development) zoned area on the south side of 24th Street and east side of "B" Avenue for "Retail, Personal Services and Repair."
