HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,038RESOLUTION NO. 11,038 RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT SPLIT LS-5-73 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP) - 930, 938 MELROSE AND 901-923. 2ND STREET, WEST OF "J" AVENUE (Banke) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the recommendation of the Planning Commission of National City regarding the lot split at 930, 938 Melrose and 901-923 2nd Street, West of "J" Avenue be approved and that said approval is conditioned upon the following: 1. That within one year from the date of approval of this Tentative Parcel Map the applicant shall file with the County Recorder a Parcel Map, approved by the City Engineer, in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Parcel Map, in conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act, and incorporating the following items: a. The map shall show the dimensions and bearings of each line, and the monuments set. b. The map shall show drainage easements as required by the City Engineer. 2. Drainage easements required by Item No. 1 above shall be dedicated to National City. Records of said easement dedication to be submitted to the City Engineer prior to his approval of the final map. 3. That the applicant pay all sewer connection and permit fees as determined by the Director of Building and Housing. 4. That the applicant file with the Planning Department of the City of National City a covenant running with the land providing that the lot at 930 Melrose (Assessor's Parcel No. 556-080-09) and the remainder of the lot at 901-923 2nd Street .(Assessor's Parcel No. 556-080-15), National City, be maintained under one ownership as one parcel and not to be sold, leased, financed, or developed separately.
