RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COVENANTS AND AGREEMENTS
TO HOLD PROPERTY AS ONE PARCEL AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING THEREOF
(Banke, Bashor and Bach)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City that Covenants granted to the City of
National City by Bernard J. Banke affecting property located
at 930, 938 Melrose and 901-923 2nd Street, West of "J"
Avenue and by J. T. Bashor and C. T. Bach affecting property
at West side of Norton Avenue North of 4th Street, are here-
by accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1973.

COVENANT AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD
PROPERTY AS ONE PARCEL
The undersigned hereby certify that we arc the owners of the hereinafter described real properties located
in the Ci;y of National City, County of San Diego, State of California:
Lot 28, (except Southerly 10 feet of Easterly 100 feet),
Lot 30 and 32, and Lot 34 (except Northerly 10 feet thereof),
Paradina Park, according to the Map thereof No. 1404, filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California, February 16, 1912.
In consideration of the City of National City granting the owner(s) the right to
we do hereby covenant and agree with said City thatthe above described properties shall be held as one parcel
and that no portion shall be sold separately, except as hereinafter provided.
This covenant and agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon ourselves, future owners,
their heirs, successors and assignees and shall continue in effect until such time that a parcel cap or
subdivision map, as they are defined and regulated by all applicable laws, including but not limited to,
the National City Municipal Code, has been filed with and approved by the City.
