HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 11,040RESOLUTION NO. 11,04.0 RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT SPLIT LS-4-73 (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP) - WEST SIDE OF NORTON AVENUE NORTH OF 4TH STREET. (Bashor and Bach) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the recommendation of the Planning Commission of National City regarding the lot split at West side of Norton Avenue North of 4th Street be approved and that said approval is conditioned upon the following: 1. That within one year from the date of approval of this tentative parcel map the applicant shall file with the County Recorder a parcel map, approved by the City Engineer, in substantial conformance with the approved tentative parcel map, in conformance with the State Sub- division Map Act, and incorporating the following corrections: a. Correct the spelling of Paradena Park in the description. b. Correct Hoover Street to Hoover Avenue in the applicant's address. c. Correct the spelling of Laurel Avenue. d. Show bearings of all lines. e. Show the remaining area of Lot 34, which is not a part of this division, with proper distances and bearings. f. The total call distance along the most northerly line of the proposed split is 240 feet plus or minus, yet the segment call distances are 120 feet and 120 feet respectively. The plus or minus notation should be added or subtracted to correspond between the noted distances for the same line. Renumber one of the two "Parcel 3"s to "Parcel 2." 2. Th.at the applicant shall submit to the City Engineer for his approval storm drainage plans for the re- moval of ponded water from the site. 3. That the applicant shall install proper drainage structures as may be required by the City Engineer. 4. That the applicant pay all sewer connection fees as determined by the Director of Building and Housing. 5. That sidewalks shall be installed along the Norton Avenue frontage of Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4. 6. That the applicant shall file with the Planning Department of the City of National City covenants running with the land providing that Lot 28 and the remainder of Lots 30, 32, and 34, Block 3, Paradena Park, Tract 1404, City of National City, be maintained under one ownership as one parcel and not to be sold, leased, financed, or developed separately.
