RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORDER TO
VACATE AND CLOSE ALLEY BETWEEN 29TH AND 30TH
STREETS, 115 FEET WEST OF "D" AVENUE
WHEREAS, ON June 27, 1972, a hearing was had
pursuant to Resolution No. 10,676 to determine whether
the following street within the City of National City
should be vacated to wit:
The alley in Block 4 of Budd. Villa Tract
according to the Map thereof No. 1067 filed
in the office of the Recorder of said San
Diego County on June 19, 1907, lying between
the Southerly line of Twenty-ninth Street
and the Northerly line of Thirtieth Street,
RESERVING THE WEST HALF OF SAID ALLEY IN SAID
BLOCK 4 FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES over, under,
along and across the above described alley.
WHEREAS, the City Council at said hearing, found,
from all evidence submitted, that said street is unnecessary
for present or prospective public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are respect-
fully authorized and directed to execute and attest an Order
of Vacation of the above -described alley.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause a certified copy of subject order to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, pur-
suant to Section 8324, California Streets and Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1973.

ORDER OF VACATION
The City of National City, by authority of
Resolution T. 11,057 duly adopted on May 15, 1973,
by the City Council of the City of National City, hereby
orders the vacation of the following street within the
City limits of National City:
The alley in Block 4 of Budd Villa
Tract according to the Map thereof
No. 1067 filed in the office of the
Recorder of said San Diego County
on June 19, 1907, lying between the
Southerly line of Twenty-ninth Street
and the Northerly line of Thirtieth
Street, RESERVING THE WEST HALF OF
SAID ALLEY IN SAID BLOCK 4 FOR PUBLIC
UTILITIES over, under, along and
across the above described alley.
