RESOLUTION ADOPTING MAP SHOWING EXTERIOR
BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
(10th Street, llth Street, 12th Street,
"R" Avenue, Paradise Drive and Palm Avenue,
Assessment District No. 161)
The City Council of the City of National City
does hereby resolve as follows:
That Map of Assessment District No. 161 sub-
mitted by HAROLD C. FOSTER, as Engineer of Work, showing
the exterior boundaries of the district proposed to be
assessed to pay the cost of the improvement of 10TH STREET,
11TH STREET, 12TH STREET, "R" AVENUE, PARADISE DRIVE AND PALM AVENUE,
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 161 in the City of National City
be and the same hereby is approved and adopted as the official
map showing the exterior boundaries of the assessment district
for the work and improvement proposed to be done on said
streets pursuant to the 1911 Improvement Act.
That the City Clerk is directed to endorse his
certificate on the original and one copy of said map as
required by Section 3111 of the California Streets and High-
ways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June
1973
