Ingle) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that a Covenant granted to the City of National City by Robert T. Ingle and Marie H. Ingle affecting property at Earle Drive and Palmer Way is here- by accepted and the City Clerk is directed to record the same. ATTEST: PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1973. INGLEls the owner of that certain real property located in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: Lot 34 Rancho Hills Unit No. 2, City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California according to Map 2389 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, March 31, 1947 excepting the Westerly 20.00 feet thereof.
